Shipping policy
1. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically delivered within 3-7 business days after shipping.
🚚 Please note: Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping Costs
- Orders over $30: Free shipping
- Orders under $30: Flat rate shipping fee of $3
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
4. Tracking Your Order
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.
- You can track your package through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
5. Delays & Shipping Issues
- If your order is delayed by more than 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out to us.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue.
6. Incorrect Address & Returned Shipments
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
- If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
